Any currency conversion costs incurred by you in connection with deposits or withdrawals are your sole responsibility.
p3333 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. p3333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees for which p3333 bears no responsibility.
All deposits are credited to your p3333 account balance upon confirmation of receipt. p3333 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. p3333 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. p3333 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

p3333 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
You may close your p3333 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending security checks.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and p3333 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, p3333 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
